EMS traditional training is focused on activating 90% of the muscles with the option of using simple body movements in combination with specialized TRX training, Kettle bell training, or boxing training.
All options are available because it’s essential to remember that muscles need constant change in routine to stimulate growth and strength. You will assess which exercises are the best for you at your level and progress through different routines to achieve maximum results.
Cellulite & metabolism
Consistent with the Miha Bodytec technology, the cellulite reduction and metabolism training is focused on erasing unsightly cellulite and increasing your metabolism. The impulse felt in the body is entirely different from the training type 1 version and the experience itself feels much like your fat is being shaken out of you.
This is particularly effective on people who struggle to do high intensity workouts and need their muscles and metabolic system challenged simply by allowing the machine to do the work for you. At most you will need to move around while the machine is active.
One of the most sought after training programs we have on offer at EMX Squared. Our type 3 training focuses on a deep tissue EMS massage that penetrates deep into the ligament and muscle tissue to release any tension and pain and inflammation throughout the body. We find that although traditional massage is effective in the release of tension in the muscles and ligaments, the use of pressure or force to create flow in the muscles can aggravate the muscles or injury for prolonged pain.

A single session costs £75. Sessions taking place at the studio have to be paid weekly via Direct Debit, or upfront via bank transfer, cheque, credit card or cash. If you’d like to train twice or three times per week, the weekly amount taken via Direct Debit will be doubled or tripled.
